Our shipping policy is very simple:

- we offer FREE Shipping for any accessories, clothing or parts when you spend £50 or over ( standard shipping cost £5.99)

- we offer FREE Shipping for any bicycles/ electric bikes

As soon as our product  is available for dispatch you'll receive a confirmation email from us including tracking details to check the progress of your delivery.

​Orders will usually take between two and seven working days to arrive.

If you need to make any changes to your shipping address please give us a call and we will do our best to help.

However, we are unable to make any promises. If your order has been dispatched already it might be too late to make any changes.

Please be aware that at the minute we only ship to the UK apart from Scottish Highlands and islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Isle of Wight. If you would like to place and order to any of these destinations  please contact our Support team.

Please be aware that at the moment we are unable to offer delivery to these Scottish postcodes:

    •    KW1-14

    •    PA34

    •    PA37-39

    •    PH19-26, 30-40, 49-50

    •    PH41 sector 4

You can also collect your order from our shop based in Sale/ Greater Manchester.

When your order is ready for collection we’ll send you a confirmation email. You can pick your items up at any time during Velo Times opening hours.

To collect your order you’ll have to prove your identity. Please bring a valid photo ID (driving licence or passport) as well as a copy of your confirmation email.
