We want you to be happy with the products we sell, however if for any reason you want to return your item(s), notify our customer care team within 14 days of purchase and let us know the reason of return. We will then check the items for any faults and be happy to offer you a full refund or replacement item. You then have 14 days to return the item unused and in its original packaging. The postage cost of returning the item cannot be refunded (for bikes and electric bikes we will send a courier and take the payment out of the refund).

Please be aware that the items must be returned in their original packaging (we are unable to offer a refund if the item is missing its original packaging).
