Cycle Maintenance Academy
Masterclass Week (August 2022)

Masterclass Week August 2022.jpg

So you have a good level of bike repair knowledge, been on a course, followed the internet or practiced on our own bike.

Learning bike maintenance is focused on following instructions. However, bicycles have never been so technologically advanced and fixing them is much more complex these days. Without good diagnosing skills and compatibility knowledge you may be unable to complete the repair costing you time, money and causing a lot of frustration.

That’s why I’ve created a one-off series of face to face masterclass workshops.

Hi I’m Mary. I am an expert tutor at Cycle Maintenance Academy. With my 35 years of experience in the bike trade, I’ve learned that just following instructions isn’t enough to be successful in cycle repair. With my guidance you will easily learn how to solve a problem when things don’t go by the book.

During each masterclass you will be able to answer these 5 questions. Why, what, where, when and how?

  • Why is that problem happening? Why am I solving the problem this way? Why isn’t it working? Why do I use this tool?

  • What tools do I need? What parts do I need? What’s compatible?

  • Where do I find technical information?

  • When do I stop trying this way? When do I try something different?

  • How do I complete the task now that I know what it is?

Don’t miss the opportunity to be part of this unique series of masterclasses in August 2022 here in Manchester. Spaces are limited. You will get to meet me and work with me in a friendly workshop environment.
