What is the warranty procedure:

 

We want this to be as simple as possible. Please keep your proof of purchase, this could be a sales receipt or bank account statement. If possible take photographic evidence of the problem. What is covered under my warranty for a bicycle/electric bike?

 

Your warranty starts from the date of purchase and covers the frame, electrical components (battery, motor and controller) and other components. Some parts on your bicycle/electric bike such as tyres, innertubes, brake pads etc come under general wear and tear and these consumables won't be covered under your warranty.

30 day right to return.

You have the legal right to a refund if you return your faulty good within 30 days of receiving it.
